As of June 1, 2017, the Population Authority will issue biometric ID cards and travel documents to all residents. Important points for your information:
Update regarding how to submit applications for IDs and passports:
Starting from Thursday, 1.6.2017, infilitrators asking to extend their permit in Be'er Sheva, are asked to contact our office in Bnei Brak. Office's address: Mivtza Kadesh 64, Bnei Brak. Sun.-Thurs. from 8:00-16:00. Eilat's opening hours at office remains the same.

Use this service to renew a lost, damaged or stolen ID appendix, online.
If you have a biometric ID card you can receive the new appendix immediately from one of the many self-service stands.
